Welcome to the August edition of the Mac.Rob newsletter!

Mac.Rob is currently undergoing a transformation, with building works on the ground floor of the Lakeside building and the lecture theatre in the west building well underway. These works will provide us with a new library, eight state of the art and flexible new classrooms, a new Year 12 common room, a lecture theatre that can accommodate a whole year level, and outstanding outdoor learning spaces and landscaping.

The works are well underway, with the theatre due to be finished by October and the Lakeside ready for classes at the beginning of 2023 ...

Stories In The Dark
 

Combined Play: "Stories In The Dark"

The Mac.Robertson Girls' High School and Melbourne High School present their annual combined school play, "Stories in the Dark" by Debra Oswald, performed at MHS for four shows only, September 15th-18th. Stories in the Dark explores the power of storytelling, mingling the magic and earthy wisdom of folk tales with the hard-edged story of violence, conflict and the struggle to survive.
