Women's Health WeekWomen’s Health Week is Australia’s largest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all women, girls and gender-diverse people. This year, the theme is ‘Do it anyway - taking small steps towards your health’ and we invite you to take a moment for yourself and join us for a week of free and low cost classes and workshops designed to get you moving, feeling good, and connecting with your community. Women's Self Defence programThis Women's Health Week, join us for a 2 class program where you will learn key self defence tactics with a Japan certified Master Karate instructor from Goju Hakutsuru Karate-Do. Build more confidence and awareness, develop resilience and avoid panic

Garden to Table Eating workshopGrowing produce at home is a great way to boost your family’s health and reduce food waste – but only if you use what you grow! Join us for this free workshop presented by Sustainable Gardening Australia and learn simple ways to plan your veggie harvest so you grow what your household likes to eat while avoiding gluts. Casual fitness class passYou asked, and we listened! We're excited to be trialling a Casual Fitness Class Pass, giving you more flexibility to enjoy your favourite fitness classes.
