Friday Edition
Good morning members! A pinch and a punch for the first day of the month! Whew! We can't believe it's April already! We were going to pull a classic ‘April Fools’ joke on you all and send the newsletter a little later or pretend the SDC was closing for good, but you know what? We decided we like our community too much to pull a ‘prank’. Aren’t we just the most thoughtful bunch? 😉

Who here remembers the Caramello Koala? It’s (still) one of the most-loved Aussie treats, along with Cherry Ripe and the Freddo Frog. It has long been a feature of showbags at various Royal Shows around Australia. It’s so iconic, but unfortunately nowadays, it’s nowhere near as big as it was back in the good old days! Shrinkflation even got the ol’ Caramello Koala.

Ministry Wildfire Textured Summer Slide Natural $9.99 @ Catch*
Don’t you love it when the weather starts to get cold and all the shops put all the summer stock on sale? I sure do! I couldn’t not include this in today’s deals because I thought these pairs of slides were just so gorgeous. They are a classic slip-on sandal that has that trendy woven material that is very ‘in’ at the moment. They may not provide the support we need for an everyday shoe, but they sure are a great little pair of flats to wear out to a nice lunch or dinner in the warmer months! And the best part is you can grab them for just $9.99 today!

Today’s adorable picture is thanks to member @Nychelle. They posted this photo in our photography forum with the caption, “I took this happy snap during a trip to Nikenbah markets. Our fur baby, Bo Paris, is always up for a smile and a photo opportunity.”
How cute is this photo? This has brightened our day! We’d love to give little Bo Paris a belly rub because he’s such a good boy! Thanks for sharing this one, @Nychelle.
