Warm Welcome Scholarship Scheme

Expressions of Interest accepted until 25 May

We are still accepting Expressions of Interest from HEPs to participate in the Scheme. The deadline to submit the EOI form is Wednesday 25 May.

On receipt of an Expression of Interest, we will confirm the individual offers with each HEP.

If you have already submitted your HEP's EOI form but need to make a change to your offer, please re-submit the HEP EOI form by the deadline of 25 May.

If there is no change to your offer, there is no need to re-submit the EOI form.

Full Degree Scholarships

The Warm Welcome Full Degree Scholarship programme will provide financial assistance to eligible scholars starting a full-time undergraduate, taught master's or PhD programme September/October 2022.

The list of HEPs participating in the Full Degree Scholarship programme has been published on our website. The list of institutions is published online based on submissions to the Expressions of Interest, and is updated regularly

Potential applicants are now encouraged to apply to participating HEPs:

• Undergraduate and Masters applicants to apply to their HEPs by 10 June and be given confirmed offers and sponsorship for award by 17 June.
• PhD applicants to apply to HEPs by 17 June and be given confirmed offers and sponsorship for award by 1 July.

In-Year Scholarship: applications now open

Applications for In-Year awards remain open until Friday, 20 May, 23.59 BST.

The application form is simple and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants do not need to include any personal statement or upload any supporting documents.

Please do continue to spread the word to eligible scholars at your institution.

Once applications have been submitted, we will confirm the eligibility of all applications, and each HEP's willingness to support In-Year scholars.

New webinar for HEPs - Thursday 26 May

We will be hosting a new webinar for participating HEPs to provide further information focusing on application process, timelines and the requirements for HEPs. The format will be a short presentation followed by Q&A.
