Dear Duquesne University Students,

Today is more than the first day of classes. Today is the beginning of new opportunities to discover who you are becoming.

The year ahead will challenge you and inspire you in meaningful and lasting ways. Remember: the talents and gifts you develop here at Duquesne find their greatest purpose when they are used in service of others.

We believe in you, and we cannot wait to see all that you will accomplish.

Have a wonderful first day, and best wishes for an extraordinary year ahead.

Go Dukes!

Kind regards,

David J. Dausey, Ph.D., Ed.D.
