Keeping you connected with CDU and the wider community No images? Click here Dear , It's been a busy two months at CDU since our last eNews, so let's catch up! At our recent Casuarina graduations, we celebrated over 2,000 students as they took the next step in their journeys. Our team was there after each ceremony to welcome them into the CDU Alumni community. Next up, we’ll be heading to Katherine and Alice Springs for their upcoming graduations in June. We also had the rare opportunity to open not one, but two time capsules from CDU’s past. The first, sealed in 1997 by Northern Territory University nursing students included news clippings and a class photo exploring the bioethical issues of the time. The second capsule, also from 1997, commemorated the closure of the Myilly Point Campus, a unique snapshot of CDU history preserved for future generations. As part of National Careers Week, we teamed up with the CDU Careers Centre to host Connect and Elevate: Network for Career Success. Twelve alumni joined a lively panel discussion, sharing their career journeys and networking advice with an engaged audience of students. It was fantastic to see so many students stick around afterwards to keep the conversations going, and we’re already excited to grow this event next year. Thanks for being a part of our amazing alumni community! Until next time, Your CDU Alumni Team
