November 2023 School CarnivalOMS held its annual school carnival on Friday, October 27th. The children had a great time in the bouncy castle and enjoyed a variety of games; face painting; balloon art; cotton candy and popcorn. The highlight of the event was a puppet show of the Puppylocks and the Three Bears performed by The Magical Moonshine Theatre. The fun-filled morning ended with a pizza and fruit lunch. Silent Journey & DiscoveryHeld on Friday, November 3rd, Silent Journey and Discovery gave parents a better understanding of their children’s work and daily routine at school. This educational event helps adults to expand their knowledge about the Montessori philosophy, terminologies, materials and names of lessons which can be difficult to understand without a thorough preface. The goal of this session was to increase parent's knowledge about their child's work and learn about their day, which in turn will help them have a better context when their child shares information with them.
