Click here Rocky Mountain Meditation Group Dear Friends of Rocky Mountain Meditation Group, Winter still lingers in Estes Park - snow clinging to the high peaks, crisp mornings, and longer afternoons - but the first delicate signs of spring are whispering through: pasque flowers are starting to bloom,, mountain bluebirds returning with their soft calls, and the light stretching a little further each day. April arrives as a quiet invitation to honor this gentle transition - releasing the last of winter’s hold, breathing in fresh possibility, and stepping forward with courage and curiosity as the season slowly unfolds. Celestial Highlights This April for Breathwork & Sound Baths Tuesday Night Breathwork & Sound Journeys - April 7 & 14th (6pm) Our mid-week anchor: conscious connected breathwork to move energy and emotions, followed by immersive sound bath vibrations for deep relaxation and heart return. A nurturing reset to revitalize your energetic system and invite physical/emotional healing through balanced rhythm and soothing waves. April Meditation Offerings This month, we focus on gentle, radiant practices to align with spring's subtle unfolding: These offerings complement our weekly breathwork beautifully, creating space for quiet courage, heart-opening, and embodied renewal as the season slowly shifts. New: Rocky Mountain Meditation Book Club – Launches in April! We're excited to launch our cozy Book Club this month - a warm space to discuss inspiring reads on mindfulness, consciousness, healing, spirituality, and growth. We'll weave insights into our shared practice and community. April 10 – We will dive into The Future Human - Chapter 1 ‘Ushering in the New Human’ by Lee Harris - a beautiful exploration of awakening inner wisdom through nature, intuition, and gentle presence. Your curiosity will make these discussions rich and supportive. Whether you're breathing weekly to ground and gently ignite, diving into meditations for deeper connection, walking the awakening trails mindfully, or gathering for book club reflections, April offers subtle renewal, quiet courage, and the promise of more light ahead. Your presence makes every circle shine - thank you for being here! 🌷🌀🧘♀️📖 A quick note: Jody and Gosia will be out of town on Retreat April 20 - 30, so there will be no in-person or scheduled events during that time (weekly breathwork, meditations, etc. will pause). The calendar will reflect this - feel free to enjoy the quiet for personal practice or catch up on reading for book club! With mountain whispers and open hearts, April Calendar is Live!
Monthly Journal Prompts:
Here are 5 gentle, reflective journal prompts inspired by April’s celestial highlights, the subtle spring transition in Estes Park, and the overall energy of quiet courage, balance, renewal, and heartfelt forward motion. - Full Pink Moon in Libra – Balance & Relationships As the Pink Moon illuminates harmony and the dance between "me" and "we," reflect on your current relationships (with others and yourself): Where have you been giving too much or holding back? What small act of reciprocity or loving boundary could restore equilibrium and let your heart feel truly seen and steady? - New Moon in Aries – Courage & Fresh Starts With Aries sparking quiet momentum and self-trust, what is one authentic desire or small step that’s been whispering to you lately? How can you honor it without rush - perhaps by taking one gentle, courageous action this month that feels aligned with your inner fire? - Subtle Spring Transition & Nature’s First Signs Pasque flowers are blooming through snow, bluebirds are returning, and light is stretching further each day - what delicate sign of renewal or hope is showing up in your own life right now? How can you tend to it with the same patience and wonder you bring to early spring in the mountains? - Integration of Libra Harmony & Aries Initiative The Pink Moon asks for balance in connection, while the Aries New Moon calls for bold self-trust. Where in your life do you notice tension between pleasing others and honoring your own voice? What one intention or affirmation could help you move forward with both compassion for relationships and courage for yourself? - Rituals of Light & Passion + Reflections of Radiance As we explore inner light and passion through sonic journeys, drum play-along, and radiant reflection, what part of your soul feels ready to shine a little brighter this spring - even if it’s subtle? How can you celebrate and nurture that radiance in quiet, everyday ways during this tender unfolding? Feel free to use these as standalone prompts, or weave them into your personal practice during breathwork cool-downs, walking meditations, or after book club discussions on The Future Human. They’re designed to be soft and open-ended, inviting gentle insight rather than pressure. 🌷🌀📝 Book Club Launching in April:
