Dear participants, families and carers,Earlier in the month, we held our annual Staff Conference at the Glenroy Community Centre. With the theme Bold, Energised and Inspired, the day was an opportunity
for all our staff to come together, connect, learn, and be inspired. We were fortunate to hear from several passionate and motivating speakers who shared fresh perspectives on creating service excellence through innovation and uniqueness, sparking ideas and reaffirming the exciting progress we’re making together to make a tangible difference to the work we do. We’re pleased to welcome our new Chief Operations Officer, Gabby Browne, who has already begun connecting meaningfully with participants, families, and staff across our campuses. Gabby brings extensive experience in the
disability and social welfare sectors, along with a strong focus on service improvement and collaborative leadership. Her early engagement reflects a deep commitment to delivering positive outcomes for the people we support. Finally, the Senior Leadership Team came together recently to review our annual Operations Plan and set key priorities for the coming year. This plan, directly aligned with Onemda’s Strategic Plan, outlines the core activities that will help us continue driving our mission forward. This work is a critical component in setting up key focus activities for all of our
support teams responsible for delivering the customer experience. Please enjoy our participants' stories.Kind regards,
Simon Lewis
Onemda CEO
