Both of them remind us of how we can live longer, healthier lives by following some simple guidelines. Some experts say that the first person to reach that number is already alive! You may not live to be that old, but the odds are that if you are 50 and healthy, you will
probably live to be 90 or longer, so now is the time to rethink the second half of your life!
