Good morning, members! It’s a joy to be here with you on this delightful Saturday morning. I (Vella) hope you’re as excited as I am about the weekend ahead. So, what’s on the agenda for today? I’ve decided that today is all about indulging in some much-needed relaxation. After a week filled with a whirlwind of happenings that were fairly stressful, a weekend full of rest is exactly what I need to recharge my batteries. Before we dive into the day, though, I want to thank all those who responded to our ‘How do you cope with stress?’ thread. I appreciate each of you for sharing your personal experiences and offering some incredible tips on managing stress. I’ll be sure to put them into practice in the future. But enough chit-chat; let’s unveil the answer to yesterday’s riddle.

Let’s move on to our next segment, ‘What Would the Grandkids Say.’ Today we’re taking a look at the phrase ‘big brain'. Kids today use this phrase to describe someone who’s smart. It is often used as a compliment when someone says something clever, indicating they are having a 'big brain' moment. But it can also be used to tease someone if they do something silly. So, next time your grandkids do or say something clever, tell them they’re having a ‘big brain moment’!
