NEWS UPDATE

25 March 2022

Publishers note

Last week ended with the sad news of the passing of industry stalwart and legend Peter Hunt.

Peter passed away peacefully on 17th March, 2022. Dearly loved husband of Barbara (dec) and brother to Ted & Shirley (both dec). Treasured father to Melinda, Rob, Jen & Jon and adored Grandpa to 13 grandchildren.

Peter had an impact on many within our industry and was instrumental in founding the Boating Industry Association, leading the way to launch the Sydney International Boat Show and was at the heart of many benefits and freedoms our industry enjoys today.

Fair winds and following seas. Rest in Peace.
