As 2024 comes to an end we reflect on another busy year for the practice, from project completions and new projects starting to awards and planning successes. We would like to say thank you to all our clients, friends and colleagues.

Year in Review 2024
We have seen the launch of Bradford City Village masterplan at UKREiiF and two major residential projects nearing completion in Leeds and Sheffield. This year also saw the completion of several significant projects including the Science and Engineering Building for Manchester Metropolitan University, Five St Philips and No.1 West Bar Square which forms the first phase of the £300m regeneration scheme in Sheffield. And finally we have won a handful of awards as well as securing a number of planning applications including Hanworth Park House and Gardens.
No.1 West Bar Square
The completion of the first phase of the West Bar masterplan has been 20 years in the making. No.1 West Bar Square is a highly sustainable Grade A office sitting at the entrance to the square, creating a gateway and setting the benchmark for the future buildings to come.
Huyton Village Centre
Design work has commenced for St Michael’s Place with a planning application due in 2025. The regeneration project comprises a Grade A office, hotel, affordable housing and a new village green public space at the heart.
Mixology Award
We are thrilled to announce that Five St Philips a landmark office retrofit and extension in Birmingham's prime Central Business District won a Mixology North Award.
5plus Turns 15
We’re excited to celebrate our 15th year next year. Join us throughout the year as we share case studies and publications - culminating in a birthday party in October. Now a 50-strong practice, we all look forward to celebrating our milestone year together.
