MUST READ: New Law in NJ Will Place Restrictions on Sales of Hemp Products

The law prohibits the sale of any product with a detectable amount of THC to individuals under 21, will only allow businesses licensed by the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission to sell hemp products later this year, thereby eliminating the sales of these products being sold at gas stations, convenience stores and other stores.

• New NYC Construction Law Going into Effect Requiring Training on Mental Health and Substance Misuse

A new law in New York City will require construction worker and supervisor safety training to address mental health, substance misuse, and suicide risk and prevention.
