Wednesday Edition
Good morning, members, and welcome to another beautiful Wednesday! We hope you all had a restful night's sleep and are ready for anything and everything this Wednesday has to offer. I (Vella) woke up feeling thankful this morning. I'm grateful for a new day and for all of you wonderful people! I know we always urge you to reach out to us if you ever need anything, no matter how small, but it's also nice to know that you guys are here for us too. So thank you for listening to our ramblings, your kind words, and all the support you give us.
Why am I so gushy today? I did not get enough sleep last night because I kept having nightmares, which caused multiple sleep paralysis episodes. I was unable to move or scream. It is a horrible feeling. But thanks to the oil diffuser James gave me, I made it through the night. I put a few drops of lavender oil in the diffuser, and it helped me relax and fall back asleep. So, if you are having trouble sleeping, please give it a try.
Now, let's move on to today's activities. We’ve got your weekly deals from Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, and IGA all wrapped up and ready for you. Be sure to check those out if you need to stock up on groceries this week.
And, of course, we’ve also got our second riddle of the week for you.
If there are fifteen crows on a fence, and the farmer shoots a third of them, how many crows are left?
Oooh, this is a good one! We can’t wait to see if you guys can figure it out. If you think you’ve got the correct answer, head on over to our riddle masters thread here. Anyone who gets the correct answer will be rewarded with a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter! Good luck, folks!

Today’s ‘Yesterday’s Australia’ segment is thanks to our dear member @BJM. They posted this memory in our forum thread about yesterday’s 3-year-olds, and it’s so funny we just had to share it with you all. ‘My father was a house painter, and I found a large tin of paint in the shed- yes, you guessed it, I painted myself all over, the colour - green. I still remember sitting in the bath while my Mother cleaned me up with turps. I enjoyed the sudsy bath afterwards - it was great.’
Haha, what a funny and memorable childhood moment! We can just picture you as a little green paint monster running around the house. It’s moments like these that make childhood so special and memorable. Thank you for sharing this lovely memory, @BJM!

Fox Glacier in B&W
How stunning is this black and white photo of Fox Glacier in New Zealand shared by member @Algieboy? The contrast between the glacier's bright white and the surrounding mountains' dark tones is absolutely breathtaking. I bet the view is even more stunning in person. Thanks for sharing!
