Project Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping you informed about the Scone CBD Revitalisation Project, we would like to share an update on the works happening in and around St Aubins Square and Kelly Street. Works are progressing well and the schedule is on track. 

St Aubins Square 

• Placement of roll – kerb in cul-de-sac

• Commencement of construction of concrete paving

• Commencement of construction of Trellis structure

Kelly St Block 2 West (Liverpool to St Aubins)

• Reinstatement of kerb and gutter and road paving

• Commencing footpath works adjacent to building line including construction of remaining services (electrical, street lighting, communications).  Note this will require some changes in pedestrian management but access to the shops will be maintained at all times.

Kelly St Block 1 West (Kingdon to Liverpool) 

• Saw cutting and concrete pavement removal

• Installation of stormwater drainage
