Meet Owen and Mzee, a hippopotamus and a tortoise who captured hearts with their extraordinary friendship. When Owen was separated from his herd after a tsunami, he found himself at a rescue centre. With no other hippos around, Owen befriended Mzee, the giant tortoise. Sure, Mzee was a bit hesitant at first, but later on, he ended up loving the little hippo's company!
