Happy Monday, dear members! How has your morning been so far? The team and I (Jarred) hope it’s been delightful. Maddie and I had a wonderful chat the other day about all the recent happenings within our team (it’s really been a busy couple of weeks!). We both hope that everything will turn out just fine. As someone who usually sees the glass half-empty, I’ve come to view change as a potential source of trouble. But this time, I hope that the changes coming our way will be of the good kind. Only time can tell, but for now, I choose optimism!

But, before I wander too far off track, let's dive into our first brain teaser of the week: ‘I'm as small as an ant, as big as a whale. I'll approach like a breeze but can come like a gale. I love how this undated image shared by the State Library of Victoria seems so familiar. Look at how intently the blokes look at the music sheets—and also how the conductor is so vigilantly on the lookout for an off-key note.
